1. Points are not transferrable.
   
2. One person can only have 1 account. Edusell Malta reserves the right to ban from the scheme anyone who is found to have multiple accounts.
   
3. This scheme is only reserved for B2C… general customers. B2B Accounts (educational institutions, childcare faclilities, retail outlets, government entities, therapy clinics and other institutions fall under the B2B category and will be benefitting from another scheme which is tailor made for businesses.
   
4. Edusell Malta reserves the right to transfer to the B2B scheme any corporate customers that would have signed up for the B2C scheme by mistake or otherwise.
   
5. Edusell Malta reserves the right to ban from the scheme anyone who is found to be tampering with the loyalty scheme in any way.
